Peck, Jr was born June 13, 1725 in Attleboro, Massasschusetts
Bay, British Ameria
He died May 19, 1807 in Taunton, Massachusetts with burial in
Stevens Corner Cemetery, Rehoboth, Bristol County,
Massachusetts.
John Peck, son of John, at first resided in Attleborough,
Mass.
He afterwards settled at Pawtucket, R.I., where he owned a forge,
and from there removed to New Brunswick, and settled at Shepody,
now Hopewell, Albert County, where he remained for several
years.
He afterwards returned to Attleborough.
He was twice married: first to Hannah Walker, of Seekonk, Mass.;
second to a widow Paddlefoot; and resided near Taunton, where he
died, May 19, 1807.
His first wife died October 2, 1804."
John and Hannah had the following children:
- John. Died unmarried
- Unnamed child who was drowned at Pawtucket when young
- Peter. Died unmarried
- Hannah, who married William Cole, of Seekonk, Mass., and
settled in Sterling, Conn.
- Chloe, who married Simeon Goff, of Seekonk, Mass., and
settled in Savoy, Mass.
- Polly, who married Andrew Davison of New Brunswick. They
removed to Attleborough, Mass.
