He married Sarah Polley 29 Sep. 1686, Billerica, Middlesex, MA.
He died at Barrington, Bristol Co., RI 10 March1727.

  6. Samuel, Lt.
  7. James, died 27 Dec. 1773 Rehoboth, MA.
  8. John
  9. Hezekiah, b. about 1712 Rehoboth, died 1786, Middletown, MA.
